Director, Japan Legal

The Director of Japan Legal at Box, Inc. will lead and manage all commercial legal matters within the organization, providing strategic legal advice to support business objectives. This role involves leading the Japan Legal team, managing team members, overseeing contract negotiations, managing legal risks related to commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders including sales, procurement, other members of Box’s global legal team, and senior management.
