Director, Creator Growth (AUS)

ShopMy is seeking a Director of Creator Growth to lead its expansion into the Australian market. This pivotal role involves spearheading creator acquisition efforts and establishing the operational framework for ShopMy's growth strategy in Australia. The successful candidate will serve as the primary ambassador of ShopMy's brand and mission within the region.

Key responsibilities include driving both outbound and inbound creator acquisition initiatives, conducting product demonstrations, closing deals, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes. The role also entails building ShopMy's presence in Australia through strategic events and partnerships, defining and executing the market expansion playbook, and collaborating closely with headquarters on product development, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess 3–6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or influencer/creator relations, with a strong understanding of the Australian creator economy and culture. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential, along with excellent persuasion and communication skills. The candidate should be a self-starter who thrives with autonomy and is motivated to exceed goals.
