The Director of Contract Renewals at Zenoti will lead the end-to-end renewal process for our Software as a Service (SaaS) contracts. This role is integral to our Expansion Sales team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing client relationships to ensure continued partnership. Zenoti is a leading cloud-based software provider for the beauty and wellness industry, offering comprehensive solutions to manage various business operations.

Key responsibilities include proactively engaging with clients before contract expiration to understand their needs and address any concerns. The director will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to gather necessary information for renewal negotiations. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contract terms, pricing, and identifying upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in SaaS contract management, renewal, or customer success roles. A strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based services is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams. An analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting is also important.
