The Directed Content Analyst - German Speaker at AlphaSense is a pivotal role within the Expert Insights group, focusing on sourcing and onboarding high-quality experts to enhance the company's extensive Expert Transcript Library. This position is based in London and requires proficiency in German at C1/C2 levels to effectively engage with German-speaking experts and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include conducting thorough research to identify suitable experts for assigned projects, collaborating with Project Managers to refine project scopes, and performing outreach via email and LinkedIn. The analyst will coordinate and conduct calls to validate experts' backgrounds, document their relevant experience concisely, and negotiate rates to align with the value of their insights. Additionally, the role involves supporting the scheduling of calls between experts and clients, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting any connectivity issues during these interactions.
Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or related fields that involve proactive outreach and evaluation of candidates or experts. Essential skills include a naturally inquisitive mindset, strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, attention to detail for precise documentation, and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with industry experts.
