Digital Director

The Digital Director at GumGum is an individual contributor role focused on driving sales within the company's market-leading advertising platform. Reporting to the Senior Digital Director, this position is pivotal in developing and executing strategies across key media agencies and advertisers in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will leverage GumGum's innovative solutions to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities include managing a significant portfolio of media agency accounts, identifying and engaging new prospects, and increasing revenue from existing clients through relationship development. The role demands a high volume of sales activities, such as delivering presentations, responding to RFPs, and crafting innovative sales solutions. Additionally, the Digital Director will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client proposals.

Candidates should possess at least five years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in both managed service and programmatic solutions is essential, along with strong industry contacts. Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
