Delivery Analyst (GRC) - Budapest

Diligent Corporation is seeking a Delivery Analyst (GRC) to join their Budapest team. This role focuses on executing and delivering operational risk management solutions, requiring expertise in Diligent's Operational Risk Management offerings. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities include utilizing product and domain knowledge to fulfill customer requests, ensuring timely and quality service delivery, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers and other stakeholders to appropriately handle new service requests. Additionally, the role involves documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures for customer-specific requests and providing technical guidance to customers to maximize product value.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing or consulting role, with a strong passion for compliance, vendor management, information security, or risk management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. An undergraduate degree in a relevant field is advantageous. Preferred skills include excellent communication, effective time management, and experience with GRC or analytics tools.
