This role involves leading the delivery of high-quality corporate secretarial and compliance services for a diverse portfolio of international clients across multiple jurisdictions. As the primary day-to-day contact for clients, the Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and building strong, trusted relationships globally.

Key responsibilities include serving as the lead client contact for assigned clients, coordinating the delivery of company secretarial services in collaboration with in-country experts, and responding promptly and professionally to client queries and requests. The Specialist will proactively monitor deadlines to ensure ongoing compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, prepare and file statutory documents such as annual returns and confirmation statements with Companies House, and draft and review board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documentation. Additionally, maintaining data and document storage within Diligent Entities software, supporting junior team members in developing their knowledge and skills, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery are essential aspects of the role.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in corporate secretarial or corporate services roles, ideally with international exposure. A strong working knowledge of UK company law, corporate governance principles, and global compliance requirements is essential. The role requires strong document drafting skills, a good understanding of corporate structures and statutory obligations, exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and clear, professional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to lead client engagements and work independently while managing multiple client priorities, a professional, client-focused mindset with discretion in handling confidential information, adaptability, curiosity, and eagerness to learn in a growing, evolving function are also important. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience using Diligent Entities is ideal. A degree-level education or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.
