Customer Support Specialist, Spanish (Weekend Shift)
Klaviyo is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Spanish to join our Product Expert team in Dublin, Ireland. This role is integral to our EMEA operations, providing exceptional assistance to customers scaling their businesses with Klaviyo. The position requires weekend availability, with shifts from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, and working hours of either 7 am to 3 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the Klaviyo platform to deliver high-quality product support via email and live chat. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software issues, addressing both technical and non-technical inquiries, and documenting troubleshooting steps. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing workflows by integrating AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses fluent English and Spanish language skills, with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably involving troubleshooting software or SaaS issues. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, meeting defined metrics while maintaining service quality, and must have full authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions.
