Customer Support Specialist - Portuguese Speaking
Klaviyo is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Portuguese to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Portuguese-speaking customers receive exceptional assistance. Klaviyo is a leading marketing automation platform dedicated to helping businesses grow by fostering strong customer relationships.
In this role, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the Klaviyo platform to provide high-quality support through email, chat, and phone. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving software issues, offering guidance on marketing and e-commerce setup questions, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical users. Additionally, you will document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes.
The ideal candidate is a thoughtful communicator with strong written and verbal skills in both English and Portuguese. You should be passionate about creative problem-solving, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Zendesk, Salesforce, and familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and email marketing platforms are highly desirable. Prior experience in customer support within a SaaS organization is advantageous.
