Customer Support Specialist, German (Weekend Shift)
Klaviyo is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in German to join our Dublin office, which serves as a central hub for our EMEA operations. This role is integral to our mission of providing exceptional assistance to customers utilizing the Klaviyo platform. The position requires weekend availability, with shifts from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, and working hours of either 7 am to 3 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the Klaviyo platform to deliver high-quality product support through email and live chat. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software issues, addressing both technical and non-technical inquiries, and documenting troubleshooting steps. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing workflows by integrating AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses fluent English and German language skills, with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably involving troubleshooting software or SaaS issues. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. A proactive and collaborative mindset, adaptability to varied shifts, and full authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions are also required.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from €40,000 to €60,000, determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and work location.
