Customer Support Specialist, French (Weekend Shift)
Klaviyo is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in French to join our Dublin office, a key hub for our EMEA operations. This role involves providing exceptional support to our customers during weekend shifts, with available schedules from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, and working hours of either 7 am to 3 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the Klaviyo platform to assist customers effectively. Your responsibilities include resolving issues through email and live chat, diagnosing software problems, and providing guidance on non-technical questions related to marketing, sales, and e-commerce setups. Additionally, you will document troubleshooting steps and contribute to enhancing workflows by integrating AI-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate possesses fluent English and French language skills, with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably involving troubleshooting software or SaaS issues. Proficiency in AI tools, excellent communication abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential. Flexibility to work varied shifts and a collaborative, proactive attitude are also required.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from €40,000 to €60,000, determined by factors such as skills, experience, and location.
