Customer Support Specialist, Dutch (Weekend Shift)
The Customer Support Specialist (Product Expert) role at Klaviyo is integral to the company's commitment to customer success. Based in the Dublin office, which serves as a central hub for EMEA operations, this position focuses on delivering exceptional support to customers scaling their businesses with Klaviyo. The role requires fluency in Dutch and the ability to work weekend shifts, specifically Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, with working hours from 7 am to 3 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.
Key responsibilities include developing an in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform, providing high-quality product support through email and live chat, and effectively resolving customer issues. The specialist will communicate thoughtfully to address both technical and non-technical inquiries, diagnose software issues, and resolve escalated customer complaints. Additionally, the role involves documenting troubleshooting steps and contributing to the transformation of workflows by integrating AI to build smarter systems.
Candidates must possess fluent English and Dutch language skills, with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably involving troubleshooting and resolving software or SaaS issues. Experience with AI tools and workflows is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. The role requires comfort in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, a collaborative mindset, and full authorization to work in Ireland without restrictions.
The base salary for this position ranges from €40,000 to €60,000 per year.
