Customer Support Representative (Hybrid, Mexico City)

OpenTable is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Mexico City. As a leader in the restaurant reservation industry, OpenTable connects millions of diners with over 60,000 restaurant partners worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of helping restaurants thrive by providing exceptional support to our diverse customer base.

In this position, you will be the primary contact for customers, addressing complex questions regarding the function and usage of our products. Your responsibilities will include answering customer and employee calls, emails, chats, and community posts, delivering outstanding service, and accurately logging all interactions in our CRM system. You will also be expected to own the resolution of issues, ensuring that customers feel supported and satisfied.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent social skills with a strong inclination toward customer service. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as you will regularly communicate with Spanish-speaking customers. A background in the restaurant or hospitality industry is appreciated but not mandatory. Additionally, experience providing customer support through various channels, familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems, and knowledge of iOS and Apple hardware are preferred.
