Customer Support Assistant (f/m/d)
As a Customer Support Assistant at Awin, you will be an integral part of the Platform Services Support Team, ensuring prompt and comprehensive responses to client inquiries. This role involves understanding and addressing client needs and concerns, collaborating with various departments to optimize support tools, and enhancing the overall client experience. Your primary responsibilities will include managing diverse support requests from active clients, particularly those related to program development and management. You will identify and redirect these requests to appropriate teams, such as finance or technical support. Additionally, you will assist in handling program upsells and retention efforts, update client-facing content and internal tools to improve support and satisfaction, and stay informed about system upgrades and internal processes relevant to client request management.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages considered a plus. Excellent customer service skills, the ability to identify opportunities and risks, and a commitment to providing friendly and efficient support are essential. You should possess strong time management and organizational skills, be a confident communicator with keen attention to detail, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and deepen your understanding of the field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a numerate aptitude are also required.
