Full-Stack Engineer (f/m/d)

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Awin, you will join Team Argonauts within the Advertiser Tribe, focusing on accelerating the delivery of our new Affiliate Marketing platform. This role involves collaborating with engineers, UX designers, and product managers to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and well-tested software solutions that enhance our award-winning marketing platform.

Your primary responsibilities include writing clean, secure, and well-tested code, adhering to best-practice guidelines, and contributing to their continuous improvement. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of services or products, from understanding requirements and development to deployment, support, and maintenance. Additionally, you will mentor junior colleagues and participate in knowledge-sharing activities within your team and the broader engineering practice.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial software engineering roles, with proficiency in front-end development using Angular and extensive experience in developing cloud software utilizing AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, and Opensearch. Strong skills in Java (v21) with Maven, Spring Boot (v3), TypeScript, and Docker are essential. A solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases, experience with AI tools to augment development practices, and familiarity with agile processes like Scrum or Kanban are also required.
