AdOps Intern (f/m/d)

As an AdOps Intern at Awin, you will gain firsthand experience in performance marketing by closely assisting our Account Management team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of sectors and industries, providing a comprehensive understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape. In this position, you will support the AdOps structure and our clients by uploading and distributing marketing materials and promotions to publishers, approving and declining new publishers onto advertiser accounts, and performing program audits. Additionally, you will assist in executing the sales validation process and communicate effectively with clients, publishers, vendors, and internal teams via email, phone, and live chat. Proactively managing assigned accounts and tasks, and escalating issues when necessary, will also be key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on processes and deadlines, solid knowledge of Excel, and intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Organization and attention to detail are essential, along with excellent oral and written communication skills to share technical information clearly and accurately. The ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is also important.
