Customer Success Specialist - Investment Banking
Octus is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Investment Banking team in London. As a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics, Octus has been empowering professionals in hedge funds, investment banking, management consulting, and law firms since 2013. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering timely and actionable market intelligence.
In this position, you will be responsible for increasing user adoption, driving retention rates, and developing relationships within the investment banking sector. Your day-to-day activities will include understanding client workflows, educating users on best practices, gathering feedback, and providing updates on new functionalities and products. Additionally, you will lead onboarding efforts for new subscribers and monitor account health to identify and address at-risk accounts proactively.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within financial services or subscription-based services. A strong understanding of the credit investing market, excellent communication skills, and a self-starter attitude are essential. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
