Customer Success Manager
Octus is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in New York City. As a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics, Octus serves professionals across hedge funds, investment banking, management consulting, and law firms. This role is integral to enhancing user adoption, driving retention rates, and fostering strong client relationships within our diverse client segments.
The Customer Success Manager will develop key relationships with subscribers by understanding their unique workflows, educating them on best practices, and providing updates on new functionalities and products. Responsibilities include leading onboarding and implementation efforts for new subscribers, monitoring account health to identify at-risk accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Proactive outreach through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings is essential to maximize usage and adoption.
Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree in business, finance, law, or a related field, with 1-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within financial services, legal services, or subscription-based services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a self-starter attitude that is both diligent and adaptable, are crucial. A demonstrated interest in financial services and the credit markets is highly valued.
Octus offers a competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000, complemented by an annual performance bonus.
