Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Klaviyo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our customers. Klaviyo is a leading marketing platform that empowers businesses to deliver personalized experiences to their customers. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional support and strategic guidance to our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing tailored success plans to drive adoption of the Klaviyo platform, proactively reviewing customer performance, and addressing any open issues. You will work cross-functionally with Onboarding, Customer Growth, and internal teams to solve for customer goals and create a great customer experience. Additionally, you will provide customers with a combination of both strategic guidance and tactical support, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer success experience with a track record of building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders. Experience in marketing or advising customers on marketing strategy is highly desirable. Strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a curious, eager-to-learn attitude are essential. Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and CRM platforms like Salesforce is also required.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $72,000 to $108,000 USD, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and work location. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
