The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role at AlphaSense is pivotal in ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes from their investment in the platform. As part of the High Growth team, the CSM will manage a portfolio of approximately 50 accounts, focusing on driving product adoption and engagement. AlphaSense, headquartered in New York City, is a leading provider of AI-driven market intelligence, serving over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500.

Key responsibilities include engaging with clients through various channels such as virtual and in-person meetings, emails, and direct calls to promote platform adoption and map use cases. The CSM will monitor usage, develop tailored strategies, and lead client sessions to overcome barriers to feature adoption. Additionally, the role involves guiding new clients through onboarding and training, partnering with sales and account management teams to support renewals, and leveraging insights and analytics to anticipate risks and highlight successes.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or as a former Financial Services Analyst. A proactive and consultative professional, the candidate should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of building relationships and influencing stakeholders. Technical curiosity and the ability to lead discussions on APIs and large language models are also essential. The role requires the ability to be in the New York City office at least once per week.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $92,000 USD, with potential for performance-based bonuses, equity participation, and a comprehensive benefits program.
