Key responsibilities include engaging directly with investment professionals to understand their unique research workflows, challenges, and objectives. The CSM will conduct targeted discovery sessions to tailor the platform's capabilities to each client's specific needs, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing training. Monitoring client engagement through internal data tools is essential to identify opportunities for enhancing platform adoption and proactively addressing potential churn risks. Additionally, the CSM will collaborate with internal teams to translate client feedback into product and content enhancements, contributing to the platform's continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate possesses 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role, preferably within the financial services industry. A proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes is crucial. The role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, comfort in using data to inform decisions, and excellent communication abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration. A proactive, curious, and consultative approach is essential, along with the ability to be present in the London office as needed.
