Box is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. As a leader in Intelligent Content Management, Box empowers organizations to enhance collaboration, manage content lifecycles, and transform business workflows with enterprise AI. This role is integral to ensuring our enterprise customers in Japan achieve success and satisfaction with our platform.

In this position, you will manage all post-sales activities for top enterprise customers, focusing on strong relationship-building, product knowledge, and execution. Responsibilities include developing and implementing deployment, change management, and adoption plans, conducting regular check-ins and strategic business reviews, and proactively identifying and mitigating churn risks. Collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams is essential to integrate Box into customers' core architectures and address product improvement requests.

The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree and at least three years of account management experience in the IT industry. Strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to build professional relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, are crucial. Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, and other SaaS platforms is advantageous. Proficiency in English is preferred to facilitate collaboration with our global teams.
