Customer Education Associate
Box is seeking a Customer Education Associate to join our team in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in equipping both new and existing customers with the knowledge and tools necessary to drive user engagement and strategic adoption of Box's Intelligent Content Management platform. As part of our Customer Education team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to design and deliver dynamic learning experiences that empower organizations to transform their workflows in the AI-first era.
Your primary responsibilities will include building collaborative relationships with a diverse range of customers across industries, ensuring they are well-prepared to implement and utilize Box effectively. You will design and deliver engaging educational content through various mediums, such as live webinars, recorded videos, and written materials. Additionally, you will partner with client stakeholders to identify change impacts, overcome adoption barriers, and develop education and change management strategies that support successful organizational transformation.
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and its impact on the enterprise, with a keen interest in understanding user behavior and driving successful adoption of new tools. You should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to distill complex ideas into accessible messaging, and experience in delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions. A background in education or technology training roles, along with familiarity with e-learning development and change management concepts, is highly desirable.
Box offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $118,500 USD for this position, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
