CRM Senior Analyst
Jusbrasil is seeking a CRM Senior Analyst to lead the company's customer relationship management initiatives during a pivotal period of growth and transformation. The CRM Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and measuring customer journeys to ensure timely and effective communication across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include managing the customer lifecycle by developing strategies for acquisition, reactivation, engagement, retention, and revenue expansion. The role involves orchestrating complex, multichannel campaigns integrating email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications, as well as serving as the primary user of the CRM platform to configure and execute sophisticated campaigns and automations. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to the evolution of the company's data architecture by helping to establish a comprehensive 360-degree view of the user.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in CRM, particularly within high-growth companies or subscription-based products. Proficiency with advanced orchestration tools such as Braze, Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or is essential. Strong analytical skills are required, including expertise in Excel or Google Sheets, with knowledge of SQL or BI tools like Looker or Tableau considered a significant advantage. A proven track record in retention, reactivation, and increasing customer lifetime value is also necessary.
