Creator Outreach Associate Contractor (Spanish Fluency)
Twitch is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Creator Outreach Associate Contractor to identify and onboard emerging Spanish-speaking talent to the Twitch livestreaming community. This remote position, based in the Pacific Time Zone, is a fixed-term contract ending mid-December 2026. The role focuses on helping creators launch successfully on Twitch, setting the foundation for their growth over time.
Key responsibilities include conducting outreach to Spanish-speaking creators across various platforms to spot emerging talent and proactively engaging with them to thrive on Twitch. The associate will guide creators through their initial steps on the platform, ensuring a clear and supportive onboarding process leading to their first stream. Additionally, the role involves initiating confident cold outreach to persuade creators to view Twitch as a meaningful next step in their careers, staying deeply connected to Spanish-speaking creator trends and cultural moments, and collaborating with Strategic Partner Managers to troubleshoot challenges and support creator development for long-term success.
The ideal candidate must have fluency in both Spanish and English and be based in the Pacific Time Zone with weekday availability from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Required qualifications include proven interest and knowledge in areas such as creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management. A strong understanding of the creator economy, a genuine passion for livestreaming and internet culture, and a determination to identify and support emerging Spanish-speaking creators are essential. A deep desire to help shape the future of Twitch is also crucial.
Compensation for this position reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets, with a base pay ranging from $31/hour in the lowest market to $39/hour in the highest market. Pay is based on factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely within the Pacific Time Zone in the United States.
