Creator Operations Specialist

AppLovin is seeking a Creator Operations Specialist to spearhead the development of a new social platform focused on delivering relatable, actionable content for users' daily lives. The Creator Operations Specialist will oversee the entire lifecycle of U.S. creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to ensure the production of high-quality content. Responsibilities include developing data-driven strategies to enhance creator growth, engagement, and sustainable monetization, as well as managing key partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to maintain a safe and successful environment for creators.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or higher, with at least three years of experience in creator operations or community management within the U.S. market. A deep understanding of U.S. lifestyle content trends and proven expertise in managing creator and key opinion leader (KOL) operations are essential. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to execute in high-pressure environments, are also required.
