As the Country Manager for the Philippines at Canva, you will lead the user and monetization strategy in one of our key Southeast Asian markets. This senior leadership role focuses on scaling adoption, driving monetization, and unlocking new growth opportunities across various segments, including consumer, creator, education, SMB, enterprise, and public sector.

Your primary responsibilities will include owning the Philippines growth strategy across user acquisition, engagement, and monetization, aligned with regional and global priorities. You will drive the shift from MAU-led success to sustainable revenue growth and commercial impact. Additionally, you will develop and execute growth initiatives across key segments, partner closely with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, packaging, localization, and go-to-market strategies, and represent Canva in growth-driven partnerships and commercial opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of leadership experience in general management, growth, or commercial roles within consumer tech, SaaS, or digital platforms. A proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and monetizing products in the Philippines, especially during periods of market or business model transition, is essential. Strong commercial and P&L acumen, deep understanding of Filipino users and customers across various segments, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments are also required.
