Corporate Paralegal

Axiom is seeking experienced Corporate Paralegals to join their team, providing support to Fortune 500 clients. These roles are available remotely within the United States, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with top-tier clients.

In this position, Corporate Paralegals will assist clients' legal teams in drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents, including board resolutions, bylaws, policies, and charters. They will conduct research and analyze legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance and compliance, maintain and update corporate records such as board and committee minutes and shareholder records, and assist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents, including annual reports, proxy statements, and SEC filings.

Candidates should have over four years of corporate governance experience as a paralegal in a large corporate in-house environment. A strong understanding of corporate governance principles, familiarity with corporate filings, SEC regulations, and compliance requirements is essential. Proficiency in legal research tools, databases, and related software is required. The role involves temporary secondments to clients for approximately six months at a time.

Compensation for this role ranges from $71,250 to $309,750 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
