This role offers flexibility with in-person, remote, or hybrid working arrangements, catering to professionals seeking a dynamic and adaptable work environment.

The attorney will independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution, conduct thorough investigations, and proactively identify discovery issues unique to each case. Advanced technical proficiency with litigation and discovery tools is also desired.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $225,000, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses. As a full-time role, it qualifies for benefits including a 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
