Content Strategist
Bandwidth is seeking a versatile Content Strategist to drive full-funnel storytelling efforts within our dynamic marketing team. As a global software company, Bandwidth empowers enterprises to deliver exceptional experiences through voice, messaging, and emergency services across 65+ countries. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our mission by crafting compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
In this individual contributor role, the Content Strategist will be responsible for producing a high volume of short- and medium-form copy across demand generation, social channels, and the web. Key responsibilities include planning and producing content for product launches, promotions, email drip programs, events, and other marketing initiatives. The strategist will also manage content creation and maintenance in Highspot, oversee webinars and virtual events, and develop content plans informed by customer journey insights.
The ideal candidate will possess a four-year degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced B2B copywriting, communications, or marketing role. Essential skills include a strong command of the English language, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in content performance tracking and optimization. Familiarity with tools such as Highspot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Marketo is advantageous.
