Compliance Operations Analyst

The role also involves developing scalable processes for risk mitigation, maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders, and staying abreast of emerging threats to inform Klaviyo's infrastructure strategy.

Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in a technical anti-abuse or compliance operations role, preferably within an email service provider or high-volume marketing communication environment. Proficiency with anti-abuse and fraud prevention tools, strong data analysis skills, and a deep understanding of messaging compliance, privacy standards, and global regulations are essential. Familiarity with APIs, email and SMS marketing platforms, and e-commerce ecosystems is also required.
