Compliance Analyst
AlphaSense is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our growing India Compliance Review team, providing critical coverage across global time zones to support our U.S. and international operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting content generation while safeguarding our clients from potentially sensitive information. You will gain extensive knowledge of Tegus' cutting-edge compliance program to facilitate the review of expert call transcripts. This fast-paced position requires agility and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
As a Compliance Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing expert call transcripts to detect and resolve instances of material nonpublic and confidential information in accordance with internal protocols, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will complete due diligence reviews of each call, document any violations comprehensively, and escalate non-compliance with Tegus sourcing guidelines as necessary. Additionally, you will conduct advanced research of financial reports and regulatory filings using internal databases and external resources to determine the extent to which information exists in the public domain. Proactively managing internal and external communications while maintaining efficiency and adaptability in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment is also a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will perform administrative tasks, including inputting, tracking, and maintaining accurate data on processes, transcripts, and workflows, while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in research, compliance, legal support, or operations roles, such as paralegal, legal assistant, analyst, or BPO/editorial specialist. Acute attention to detail and strong written and verbal fluency in English, along with reading comprehension skills, are essential. Experience in proofreading, drafting, and investigative research is highly valued. The ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time, and remain highly organized while working independently is crucial. Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to innovative solutions that support Tegus' business needs, is also important.
AlphaSense offers a competitive compensation package, including a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program. The base compensation range for this role is $60,000—$60,000 USD.
