As a Partner Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of prospecting, recruiting, and onboarding new agency partners, while also reactivating dormant ones and expanding existing relationships. Your role involves qualifying inbound referrals, collaborating closely with the sales team, and identifying high-potential opportunities across our extensive partner network.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar role, preferably in a high-volume, high-velocity sales or partnership sales environment, especially within a MarTech SaaS company. Key qualifications include strong influencing and relationship-building skills, curiosity, organization, energy, and a positive, can-do attitude. Excellent organizational skills are essential.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $61,609 to $92,394 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and work location. The total compensation package may also include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
