Commercial Counsel

OpenTable, a leader in dining and restaurant technology, is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its Legal team. This role, based in San Francisco, California, or New York, New York, offers a hybrid work model with two days per week in the office. Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal, the Commercial Counsel will play a pivotal role in negotiating and drafting complex commercial and strategic partnership agreements that drive OpenTable's growth and innovation.
