Axiom is seeking a Banking & Financial Regulatory Counsel to join its Financial Institutions team. This remote role focuses on regulatory compliance, capital management, and complex lending transactions within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Basel III capital requirements, AML/KYC frameworks, and OCC regulations, along with experience in structuring syndicated loans and secured lending arrangements.
