Clients Operations Manager
The Client Operations Senior Manager at Wellhub will lead the Business Transformations - Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role focuses on enhancing client operational routines by developing scalable and standardized processes. Key responsibilities include proposing and implementing process improvements to boost team efficiency and impact. The role involves identifying areas for enhancement within the Operations team and the broader customer pillar, developing solutions to optimize time management and error reduction. Leading projects and initiatives, coordinating with various teams, and formalizing process improvements are also essential duties. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful project deliveries.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have experience in business transformation or client operations projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to create presentations for different hierarchical levels. Analytical skills to interpret data and extract insights, as well as a solid understanding of processes, are required. Proficiency in AI tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office is expected. Fluency in English is mandatory to effectively engage with global stakeholders. A proactive, customer-focused, and problem-solving mindset is essential.
