People Operations Specialist
The People Operations Specialist at Wellhub plays a pivotal role in managing the operational aspects of the employee lifecycle within the People team in Paris. This position focuses on executing core People processes to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all employees. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end People Operations processes, ensuring all documentation aligns with legal standards, coordinating with the Payroll Team and external vendors for accurate and timely payroll data sharing, and serving as the primary liaison for benefits providers to optimize workflows. The role also involves maintaining employee data integrity across platforms like Workday and JIRA, monitoring labor law changes to update policies proactively, managing invoicing processes for People Ops services, and leading continuous improvement initiatives by automating processes and refining workflows.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business Administration, or related fields, with at least three years of hands-on experience in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee support. A solid understanding of French labor laws and regional HR compliance requirements is essential. Proficiency in managing HRIS and ticketing systems, specifically Workday and JIRA, is required. The role demands strong analytical problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration, and fluency in both French and English.
