Key responsibilities include maintaining a repository of process maps and solution documentation aligned with standard operating procedures, mapping current-state workflows to identify friction points, and designing improved procedures. The specialist will collaborate with technology teams to deploy and integrate tools such as document automation and AI-enabled review platforms, develop training resources, and monitor usage to ensure effective adoption. Additionally, the role involves building and executing change strategies, conducting post-implementation reviews to validate return on investment, and developing Power BI dashboards to monitor marketing performance and operational throughput.
Candidates should have a minimum of four years of experience, preferably in professional services, banking, or technology industries, with a background in business analysis, process improvement, or legal operations. Strong analytical skills, experience in creating and maintaining process maps, and familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, or other business intelligence tools are essential. A basic understanding of Generative AI and experience with CRM platforms and configurations are also required. Preferred qualifications include a PMP certification and familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Miro, Litera Applications, Power Platform Suite, and project management software like Jira or Monday.
The compensation for this role ranges from $75,400 to $120,550 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
