This role involves working closely with attorneys and clients to manage a diverse caseload, ensuring efficient case progression and client satisfaction. The Case Manager will be responsible for daily interactions with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person communications. The role also involves maintaining organized case files, preparing comprehensive demand packages, and managing cases from intake to closure under attorney supervision.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, with prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred. A minimum of two years working as an insurance adjuster or pre-litigation paralegal is desirable. Essential skills include strong negotiation abilities, proactive client interaction, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The ability to type at least 35 words per minute is also required.
