Case Manager
Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join their team in Medford, Massachusetts. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the legal process.
In this role, the Case Manager will interact daily with clients, both existing and potential, via telephone and in person. Responsibilities include ordering medical records from providers, communicating with clients and providers during treatment, obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability positions, and interacting with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances. The Case Manager will also maintain organized case files, prepare comprehensive demands, and manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. At least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is preferred. Strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a typing speed of no less than 35 words per minute are also required.
Morgan & Morgan offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 USD for this position. Full-time employees are eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
