Carrier Account Executive
The Carrier Account Executive at Bandwidth is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new opportunities within the Carrier Customer Segment. This role involves navigating customer organizations to sell Bandwidth's voice and messaging offerings, building and maintaining strong relationships across multiple levels of customer contacts, and aligning Bandwidth resources with key decision-makers. The position is based in London, United Kingdom, and focuses on expanding Bandwidth's presence in the European carrier market.
Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of each customer's business, market, and technical requirements to effectively position Bandwidth's solutions. The executive is expected to achieve assigned quotas for incremental revenue growth across the Bandwidth account base. Additionally, the role involves analyzing customer and market needs, pricing models, and network operations input, providing feedback through internal channels to facilitate quick and efficient course corrections.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic, technical, and communications application sales is required, along with existing relationships in the major European Carrier/Service provider segment. Proven success in client relationship management, account growth, and navigating complex customer organizations is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of voice and messaging services are also necessary.
