As a Business Operations, Strategy & Product Analyst at AppLovin, you will collaborate with leading mobile app developers and publishers to develop data-driven strategies that scale client applications and revenues. This role is integral to assisting app publishers in optimizing their ad revenue strategies to maximize yield from their ad inventory. Additionally, you will employ analytical problem-solving to launch and manage user acquisition campaigns, facilitating the growth of mobile applications.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating and implementing ad revenue strategies, managing user acquisition campaigns, and monitoring daily performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and anomalies. You will analyze large datasets to extract insights that drive business impact, utilizing SQL and other analytical tools to optimize strategies and communicate results across teams. Furthermore, you will lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiencies and revenue generation, working closely with the sales team to implement scalable solutions. Designing and implementing alerting and reporting systems to proactively address issues and uncover growth opportunities will also be a key aspect of your role.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in an analytically driven role, preferably within high-growth B2B technology companies, finance, strategy and operations, product analytics, or top-tier consulting. A strong analytical aptitude with experience handling complex quantitative problems and large datasets is essential. You should demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate technical and analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders and have a proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. A bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university, or equivalent work experience, is required.
AppLovin offers a competitive total compensation package, which may include equity and other forms of incentive compensation, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits. The base pay range for this position in Canada is $79,000 to $119,000 CAD, with the total compensation package commensurate with experience.
