Business Development Representative - DACH
The Business Development Representative (BDR) - DACH at Emplifi is a pivotal role within the global sales team, focusing on driving new business opportunities in the DACH region. The BDR will collaborate closely with international colleagues, contributing to the company's mission of enhancing digital customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include identifying and contacting key decision-makers within leading brands to generate new business opportunities. The BDR will conduct needs assessment calls, support marketing and sales departments through lead generation, and qualify inbound and outbound leads via various channels such as phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns. Additionally, the role involves working closely with assigned Account Executives or Regional Sales Managers to achieve targets and develop appropriate prospect communication plans.
The ideal candidate will have previous successful client-facing experience, preferably in B2B sales or telesales. Fluency in German and English is essential, with additional languages considered advantageous. A proactive personality with strong research skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn about social and brand marketing are key attributes. Technical aptitude to master CRM tools and the ability to handle objections effectively are also important.
