Business Development Representative

Bandwidth is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role serves as the first point of contact with potential customers, focusing on identifying and building relationships with prospective clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving the company's growth.

In this position, you will be responsible for generating high-quality sales leads and setting up demonstrations for our Account Executives. Your daily activities will include making approximately 50-60 phone calls and achieving key performance metrics, such as scheduling six qualified demos per month. A deep understanding of Bandwidth's products and their benefits to other companies is essential.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and demonstrates success in a sales or business development environment, including prospecting, relationship building, and achieving measurable performance targets. Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, along with self-motivation and attention to detail, are crucial. Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software and prior experience as a sales development representative are advantageous.
