Billing Support Specialist (Hybrid)
OpenTable is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team in Mexico City. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and two days remote each week. As part of OpenTable, a leader in restaurant reservation technology, you'll contribute to a team dedicated to helping restaurants thrive by ensuring billing accuracy and providing exceptional support to our partners.
In this position, you will manage inbound and outbound communications related to billing inquiries, assist customers in understanding invoices and payment terms, and resolve complex account discrepancies. Collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Support teams, you'll address billing disputes professionally and take full ownership of assigned billing and collections cases from initial inquiry through resolution.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of billing processes, accounts receivable, and collections practices. Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience with disputes and negotiating payment resolutions, as well as the ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies efficiently, are also required.
