Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least four years of experience in production support or engineering roles, preferably in finance. Strong technical skills in SQL and proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Java or Python are essential. Experience with incident response, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving in a production environment is also required.
