As an Associate Product Support Specialist at Bloomreach, you will be an integral part of the Engagement Support Team, providing technical assistance to users of the Bloomreach Engagement platform. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from Czechia or Slovakia, with optional office spaces available in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include consulting with users via live chat and other channels to address product and technical inquiries related to the Bloomreach Engagement platform and associated technologies such as Shopify, Google BigQuery, and push notifications. You will assist clients in creating reports, segmentations, campaigns, and analyses within their projects. Additionally, you will diagnose user requests, guide customers through problem-solving processes, and escalate complex cases to specialized experts when necessary. The role requires working during US business hours, with shifts rotating between 9 AM to 5 PM and 5 PM to 1 AM.

Candidates should possess a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. An advanced or native level of English is essential, as is an interest in data analytics and online marketing. Effective communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships are crucial. Previous experience in client-facing roles, support, or marketing is required. Additional assets include knowledge of the link between frontend and backend systems, basic programming concepts, and over a year of experience in a SaaS company.

The position offers a starting salary of €1,800 gross per month for candidates in Slovakia.
