The Associate General Counsel - AI & Product Development at NIQ is a pivotal role within the Privacy, Product, & AI Legal team, focusing on enterprise-wide initiatives in artificial intelligence, product development, privacy, and data governance. This position offers cross-functional visibility and is ideal for an attorney passionate about emerging technologies, with a strong foundation in product regulatory compliance and commercial contracting. The role supports the development, governance, and implementation of safe and responsible AI systems for global deployment.

Key responsibilities include advising on the creation and deployment of AI and data-driven products to ensure compliance with global laws throughout the product lifecycle. The role involves collaborating with Product, Technology, Engineering, and Data Science teams to integrate data governance and responsible AI frameworks into new product initiatives.
