Structure Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated Associate Director of Clinical Supplies Planning and Logistics to oversee the forecasting, packaging, labeling, and distribution of investigational products for multiple clinical trials. This role is integral to the Clinical Development Operations department, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external vendors to support the company's mission of developing life-changing medicines for chronic diseases.

The Associate Director will manage all aspects of clinical supply planning, including demand forecasting, supply chain strategy development, and vendor management. Responsibilities encompass overseeing packaging and labeling operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining inventory control. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and external partners is essential to ensure timely and efficient execution of clinical trials.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, with at least 10 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, including a minimum of 6 years in clinical supply management within a small biotech environment. Experience with small molecule clinical supply planning for global, multi-center, blinded studies is required. Proficiency in global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (cGMP, GCP, GDP), forecasting, labeling, distribution, and IRT/RTSM systems is essential. Strong organizational skills, strategic agility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are also critical.

Structure Therapeutics offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $174,000 to $227,000, eligibility for annual performance bonuses, new hire equity, and ongoing performance-based equity.
