Associate Director/Director Biostatistics

Structure Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director/Director of Biostatistics to lead statistical strategies and analyses for our clinical development programs. This role is integral to our mission of developing life-changing medicines for patients, utilizing advanced structure-based and computational drug discovery technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and quality of statistical deliverables across various therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities include providing statistical leadership for clinical trials, developing and implementing statistical analysis plans, and overseeing the generation of tables, figures, and listings for clinical study reports. The role also involves managing and mentoring statistical programmers and collaborating with data managers, statisticians, and clinicians to support decision-making, publications, and regulatory submissions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Proficiency in SAS and R programming, along with a strong understanding of CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM, is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are also required.

Structure Therapeutics offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $187,000 to $235,400, along with bonuses, equity options, and comprehensive benefits.
